firefox or chrome.
Any other (mainstream) browser is inferior (not saying that less-popular ones are, but things like IE and Safari are inferior).
Both FF and Chrome are customizable, pretty, (IE9 is bleeping ugly! and they call it beauty of the web???) and effective.
If you don't believe me, download FF4 and download the add-on FoxTab. It's BEASTLY!

If you are reading this, please read to the end, because if you don't you won't know what's at the end. Don't just skip to the end though otherwise you won't be able to read the middle, which is most important. Now you must be wondering why you just read all that, the reason is you may have not noticed something, read it again and see if you notice it this time

Opera. I can watch Scratch projects on it and I don't have to worry about [removed - please use respectful language] windows popping up everywhere- its all in one session.
