Ok, well theres this girl named Amber, and, well i like her.
There really is no doubt she likes me. First she drew me a (highly detailed) picture for me for my birthday, then there was this pretty dumb activity in S.S. We had to trace someone's foot on a paper... Nobody was really doing it, but she sort of jumped at the opprotunity to do mine, i felt kind of dumb just standing there, but it was worth it to me. And then there was this one guy acting like he was &@$^+=*%, for some reason, and asked me if i was seeing anybody. I was about to answer, when she said it means if you like someone (as if i didnt know), i (of course) said no. She also asked me if i was going to the same high school in 1 year. (thank God) i was.

Anyway, she hasnt talked to me for a while (losing interest???), i want to talk to her, but what am i supposed to say? I want this to be, a sort of slow-and-steady relationship (not like "hey baby, howzit gowin?") what do i do?

Start slowly. Everyday say hello to her for the next 4-7 days (Don't want to make it look like maths and a routine do we)

Then, start to sit next to her.

She'll start getting idea's

Now, Talk to her alot, GET TO KNOW HER FRIENDS

And then, ask her out.

Don't trust me though, Im 10.

Well, the best way is to act obsessed with her for like two days and then completely leave her alone. Trust me. Of course I wouldn't recommend dating until you're in high school.

Anyways, don't do anything. Middle school relationships singularly end in pain. It's best to simply avoid them all together.

Actually, that sounds like pretty good advice to me.

Another thing would be to find out what interests her and learn something about those areas so that you have something to talk about.

I don't know much about this, because I can't get a girl to like me, but try to make her laugh. Try to make one about what she is doing, not insulting her, but something that is obvious but funny.

Don't be all random and creepy either. Work your way into the conversation.

I'm no expert on relationships, but I would agree with this. Just be yourself and get to know her.

AND NEVER EVER USE A NOTE.
ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE GIVING IT TO ANOTHER PERSON TO GIVE TO HER. You may find that you can no longer trust many people.

Also, if it's obvious that she knows, she knows. It's no use procrastinating on whatever you choose to do. Also, I think that the girl I like may have some sort of memory problem, possibly? I don't know. She want's to talk again, even though we did on the tenth.

You don't know for certain that she likes you. Tell some friends some girl asked you out but you don't really know who she is, and say it in earshot of this girl. Then if she reacts, then you can know.
