School's out for another term?

I saw the news a couple of weeks ago on the BBC. The NUT (lol, funneh name), which stands for "National Union of Teachers", has outright voted for a strike after GCSE exams. This will take affect on most Secondary schools in the country. They say they will do it for weeks.

So why are they doing this? Simple answer: THE CUTS. The Government is making cuts to all Public Sector workers, with Teacher's pensions being affected. They aren't happy with this, and are striking because of it.

Do you think this will affect you? (BTW, this is from Britain).

P.S. Completely forgot about this a few weeks ago so I thought I'd tell you now.

I might return for a little while.

Re: School's out for another term?

America's not having a strike because of government brainwashing, although we do have very bad budget cuts.
