Mesh is part of Scratch that requires the internet, it's good for making the perfect virtual world, and just for chatting with scratch. You may find in projects how to activate mesh, but here I will tell you what it actually does.
1. Connect (Join/Host) > Sensing > [Slider] sensor value block > Then on the other computer, create a variable > Go back to the first computer and change [slider] to the variable that you created on the other computer (should appear at the bottom of the list) > Use the sensor for whatever script you like (e.g. say (sensor value) for 5 seconds) > Done!
2. It can be used for broadcasting or receiveing (e.g. PC-1: Broadcast hello - PC-2: When I receive hello, say hello for 2 seconds)
Mesh will also work in two different Scratch windows on the same PC.

Nice! I like it when people make something strait out and tells you HOW to use it rather than HOW you CAN use it (you know, like someone saying you can make a chat game, but they don't tell you how.)
BTW whats with the <img src="/uploads/7/0/7/1/7071849/9055948.jpg?414" style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; border-width:1px;padding:3px;" alt="Picture" class="galleryImageBorder">?

We already have a mesh iTopic. Yours is good, but people should go there - or the whole point of iTopic's is defeated.
