An idea of mine
I was thinking maybe we could make a feature that translates all the say, think, and ask blocks as well as all the text from the paint editor into whatever language you have selected. This could work online and offline. What do you think?

it's a great idea, but scratch doesn't support a full dictionary. i wish it did 
you see, the translation of the scratch interface is kept to the basic. only the words used in scratch get translated. the other million words in the dictionary don't.
scratch would need to connect to a dictionary database or host one on its site.

Why don't they just use 'Google Translate?' They may be able to use it in the scratch program, if they could figure it out. Also, it's easy to use it to translate the website.
