Ok. So...
my school food is mushy, but the desert is he best.

I think schools are getting worse each year. Our school definitely has. Especially since the new principal came in a couple years ago....

Here in Canada, our school food actually tastes good.

I hate school food. It's disgusting and gross and unhealthy. I stole my friend's milk carton to check the nutrition facts, and it said that the milk had 22 grams of sugar. to me, this seems bad, but is it? Anyway, rant abut school food in this topic.
Just make sure not to hurt each other's feelings in your rants, as you all know.Musicstar's rant wrote:
The school food at school is DISGUSTING. It tastes horrible and I have heard that the hot dogs bounce. You heard me right, bounce. It might be a rumor, but I believe it. A majority of the kids in my grade like it, but when you look at what's in the stuff, it makes you regret you ate it in the first place. This might not apply for all you other Scratchers out there, but it applies for me. Adding more to this rant soon, my fingers are getting tired from writing all these comments and topics and whatnot.
There are molasses muffins at my school. We threw one into the road, and when it was run over by a truck it sprang back into place like it was rubber *shudders*. My school food for the most part, is pretty good (we have a good chef that makes all natural meals- I know that isn't too common), but my elementary school food... oh my elementary school food! I don't know if the chocolate milk was really chocolate. That's why I can't drink chocolate milk anymore. And when you read "chef's surprise", automatically have a huge breakfast so you aren't hungry last time. I swear it MOVED.

WAAAAAHHHHH!!!! I wish I were homeschooled sometimes. My school has a code name for H-E-double-hockey-sticks, and that is 7th grade. I like it sometimes, it's just... competetive.

I'm pretty lucky at my school in terms of food. We have well-rounded meals with fruits and vegetables, and there's enough variety of stuff that you're bound to like at least a little of it. Although the cookies are rock hard and the cheese tastes likes plastic....
Velveeta is plastic. End of story. If you could keep it in your basement for 5 years and it would come out looking the same, evacuate.

America (for the most part) really doesn't care. They think because we are younger we can eat like dogs and have no opinion on food whatsoever. Well, we do. In fact, we taste very, very accurately.

Foods are weird. The foods that are bad for you taste good, and the foods that are good for you taste bad...
Science just went nuts.
Occasionally, we come across a food that's bad for you AND tastes horrible. Why can't sugar be good for you? WHY?

My school has an all-you-can-eat CAFÉ. It seats around 120 and there's a soup and salad bar. It's all organic and healthy and whatnot. That's probably because it's a private, non-Christian school, so they abstain from the normal school lunch system.

After eating lunch once, I threw up and had to go home. Whenever I eat beef stew at school, I get a fever.

America is not accurate that way. Us kids are actually better tasters than adults, since our taste buds are newer and....sharper, I guess? If that's the word XD

I'm Homeschooled, so I don't need to deal with disgusting cafeteria food

Even worse. Let's both try it out and see if it's a rumor.
Sadly, I can't. They say it's the middle school burgers that bounce, but I won't be in the middle school for a few more months.

But when I do get to the middle school, I'm definately trying it.![]()
Oh. In my elementary school is where the rumor forms. It's flipped around over here. The middle school food is BETTER than the elementary school's. I CANT WAIT TILL MIDDLE SCHOOL XD
It always is. Expect the best. (Which is bad.)

My school only serves two things most of the time: CHICKEN AND PIZZA.

That's probably the most accurate representation of Canada I've ever seen in a cartoon.

School food for me is great... They cook it themselves, they don't get it shipped from kansas.
(Don't you think this would be a good time to go back to CW?)

I don't eat it.
I bring my own lunch. I can't eat anything because I'm vegan (no flaming, please) and have a gluten allergy.
They've started adding more vegan options, so I tried them. They make me puke. I'll stick to my leftovers from the last night's dinner.

Our school just heats up veggies and heats up something else, then serves it. Also, a girl in my class found a spider in her chicken. Its not a rumor, I saw it
EDIT:
I'm glad I bring my lunch
