if you look at the reviews in there music usually you can find out about it sometimes, but the making music isn't super complex its just hard, you can search "music making programs" in google and you can download a free trial for most, the only thing stopping you before hand is finding the correct sound effect, once you get it you'll just have to make several different versions of it in Audacity with the pitch changed
