Probably another school class that uses Scratch. Usually they make really similar projects and upload them all at the same time.

That's usually a class all uploading their projects at the same time for an assignment or practice. You can see that the three projects' thumbnail images are ever-so-slightly different.

I've noticed similar things on YouTube videos. The title is in English, but everything else is in some other language.
