How about sort of a 2-dimensional Paper Mario remake or something like that? Or maybe a Donkey Kong RPG? Just coming up with random ideas. I'm actually making an RPG myself. It's the 2D Paper Mario thing, except I'm making it as Paper Mega Man.

Maybe this random RPG description I came up with will help:
In the dark realm of Gelanor are mysterious creatures of the Haze, a swarm of creatures that strangely appeared after the Death Meteor struck the lands. A batch of the last colonies of the human race have grouped together to stop the Haze with Magic, Archery, and Melee. Others became skilled crafters and smithers and have chosen to use their skills to their advantage to stop the Haze before all of Gelanor turns dark with evil. Who will you become, and how will you stop the Haze?

lol i dont evenb know how RPGs work on scratch xD
maybe a good idea is a fight with advanced technology against indegenous biological Behemoths with epic battles and high tech guns

I would pick a game such as Zelda, or Diablo to pull ideas from for an RPG. This would give you a starting point. You can add you're own additions to remove the cookie cutter feeling if you aim to make it unique.
