Project is larger than 10MB, when it isn't

I wanted to upload a single sprite and background to my account today with a tiny sound, and this message comes up after I click upload: "Can't upload project - project may be over 10MB". I tested this again and reopened and closed Scratch, but the same error occurs.  hmm

I might return for a little while.

Seems like there's an upload bug going around.

Let's wait for the Scratch Team to fix the bug first, the upload problem might not be on your end. ^^

hmm... this is awkward. try again later, if it still doesn't work, delete the sound and compress the file.
