Featured Nominations?
how do you nominate something to be featured, and who decides if it is featured or not?

You go to this thread/topic "Propose projects to get featured (experimental)", which is found in the show and tell forum.
Remember, you can't nominate one of your own projects to get featured, and only the Scratch Team can decide which projects get featured, however if a lot of people say that something should get featured, then it will sway the Scratch Team's decision.
