Actually, it's the complete opposite. Lots of people use it properly, and when something ISN'T proper, it's quickly fixed.

The miscellaneous forums are used to protect against spamming on the rest of the forums and nerfadblergen. They are actually sort of important.

Exactly why I like it. It's not as messy as the comment sections in the main site, in Misc you actually get to know all the regulars a little after posting for a while.
