Yep.
Here's what I can do:
- Categories. I change the colour with Scratch and/or Paint. You decide. Also with text.
- Blocks. I make the frame in BYOB then do the colour and stuff in Scratch and/or Paint. You decide between Scratch and Microsoft Paint.
- Scratch-font text. I have the Scratch font, and, with semi-transparency because I do the text on Paint.

Here is an example, with different colours made with BYOB:

It's going to be used in my sig.
EDIT: NOOO! I will never save in GIF again!
EDIT2: New one uploaded. Now no Scratch 1.0ness sad

I would like a

There was an error procceding your request:
The ' in the command 'then -iNetMaster-'s around' creates an error because the ' is used to create a Scratch block in modifcations coded in Squeak.

this is sort of epic... but its really simple-ish to make this yourself...

BTW, when I save my Pokémon sprites as .GIF, they are pretty high quality. Observe:

Tinypic changed it to a .jpg in the uploading process, tho.

Ofcourse its high quality, its only pixel art not real art
why would u even save pixel art as a gif? Save it as a bmp for no colour distortion like gif produces or png if it will be a transparent background
