Yes, there has been many instances where the server has made a mistake. It's done automatically, and the server is not perfect. I remember one instance where somebody was talking about fruits they had eaten, and the server mistook it.

EDIT: The scratch team DOES try to fix problems like this. Try telling the scratch team.

We realize that, though the server does not pick up on the word itself, it points out the possible 'bad word' and replaces it with an asterisk. It's the same deal with the word
'grape'
