It's anything but watchable. It is on the same stupidity level as Adventure Time.
MAD is ok, not great, but watchable, and funny.
For me, anything that came after the CN Real lineup is crud.

MAD and Regular Show are the best shows on Cartoon Network. 
Adventure Time isn't the greatest show on Cartoon Network. I personally don't like it. 
The Looney Toons Show is pretty good too if you're an old Looney Toons fan (which I am).
The Amazing World of Gumball looks like it sucks. I'm not even gonna watch it.

MAD and Regular Show are the only good ones that still come out with new episodes.
But you can't go wrong with old classics like Tom and Jerry.

I gave up on Cartoons a loooong time ago. The only ones I ever thought were good were Tom & Jerry, Scooby Doo, and Fineaus and Ferb. The last one I've only seen twice, but it's absolutely amazing compared to any other cartoon. Scooby-Doo has gone to the dumps with the new Mystery Incorporated or whatever. And Tom & Jerry is old. Hence, I don't watch cartoons.

best in my opinion
1. Regular Show (cool characters, funny jokes, without being too obtuse)
2. MAD (i tend to love parodies, but only about half of them are good in my opinion)
3. Pokemon in general (idk i like the way they use battle strategies even if they basically give out information in the most unnatural and cheesiest ways)
4. Adventure Time (idk i just kinda like it)
