Over the holidays I got a PicoBoard and a Radio Shack Electronic Learning Lab. I noticed they both use integrated circuits and push button switches. Is their anyway that I could ever possibly make a PicoBoard of some sort with the Electronic Learning Lab or is it just me being hyped up about recognizing an "integrated circuit"
-To be honest with you I have no idea what that is.

In theory, it is possible do design your own Pico Board, if you know how to send the right signals to the computer through whatever connection it uses. However, it would be quite expensive to do so.
