That isn't a very good example of Admining. You only ban people for breaking several rules or breaking a severe rule.

The rule states under 90, not close to 90. You should follow the rules you make.

I seem to want to do this though.

But all my projects you probably will appreciate are either 1) outdated because it's just plain old; 2) outdated because there's an update; 3) probably something you won't get.
