It's unlikely to be fixed. Check out the full screen part in this post.

Description of Problem: When I open a project that uses the sound sensor blocks (loudness), <loud>, It opens a dialogue box asking me if I want to permit flash to use my webcam and microphone. No matter what I do, I cannot click "allow", "Deny", or anything else in that dialogue box. It also happens in experimental viewer.
Link to project: It happens in any project that uses sound sensor blocks, such as thisBug report bump! Does this happen to anyone else?
Sorry rocket, we've gotten flooded with bugs! (Not surprising - this is pretty much what happens when you release new software.) We'll try to catch up soon!
By the way - I haven't heard of this issue before. Do you have limited privileges on the computer? When I see that dialog box on mine, I can easily click ok. When you try to click, does it just not register? I wonder if it's a security setting.....
use a diffrent web browser, this happens on mine, and at one point (on another website) only one of my browsers would let me click accept (or deny for that matter)

Windows XP
Firefox 3.6, Firefox 4, Internet Explorer 7 (tested in all)
Flash 10.2.159.1 for Firefox, 10.2.159.26 For IE.
Click the fullscreen button.
Then shift-click it. (this should bring you into true fullscreen mode, but it instead turns the header grey)
Click it normally again, and it should show the project notes, tags, etc., but the project will still be 4x bigger.

I think the Scratch Team didn't expect us to find the shift-clicking full-screen secret...

Oh I see... It is still not a bug though. I think you should make a suggestion here where maybe you could ask to have Java embed AS WELL AS Flash.

It dose not sense 'touching color []' if the color is pen.

I am sure you guys know this, but the lists are resized (only the text) to defalt. This is very annoying. Can you guys (and girls) fix this? Oh, and (off-topic) Happy Mothers' Day!

OS: CrunchBang Linux 10 (based on Debian)
Browser: Firefox 4.0.1
Flash: 10,2,161,23
Description: 100% transparent sprites do not appear to detect certain colors correctlky.
Example: Test Rabbit v0.21a-debug (controls: WASD for movement, click to shoot portals)
Intended behaviour (Squeak): Portals should open when the portal bullet hits a valid wall. (In the example all walls should be valid)
Actual behaviour (Flash): Portal bullets recognize that they hit the mask (debug=1), but the portal wall mask (pmask) does not appear to react with color detection (pcollision=0). This causes the portal bullets to transform into the dark cyan collision-check-bubble which is supposed to be detected by the mask.
Likely related to: #9 and #13-2 (the second #13, there are two number 13s somehow) in the list of known bugs, actually a combination of both (the sensing sprite is ghosted and the color which is being sensed is exactly the color that is not working in example #13-2).
Update: Tried a different color temporarily (0.22a-debug), portals were supposed to open towards the left no matter which wall you shoot, but that doesn't work in the Flash player either.

The list glitch looks like it's hard to fix, or are you not trying to fix it? You got it right in the experimental viewer.

diamonds are suppose to change colour.. they do not online.
there are other projects with the same problem..
I can see the diamonds changing their color. The color change does seem to be slower though.

although this works fairly well in the flash player online ..the backgrounds are suppose to change colour..but in the flash player they do not. (the colour change effect is a quality that is important to that game..etc)
