If a project was designed for Mesh usage, you'll most likely have to use Mesh to play it.

is there a way to change the original variable in the project that ISN'T hosting the mesh?
for example: I have the first project with a variable "money"...can I change the variable "money" that's in the original project using the second project?

You could with a broadcast.

Did you shift click?

If you open up the System Browser, change something and accept it, you'll be asked to enter your initials. What you put in doesn't matter - you could just do AAA or something like that.

But it doesn't share anything. If you do Ctrl + V it will show the initials you put in, the date, and time. I think that's pretty much what it's for.

I don't think so, not yet...
With BYOB I bet you can, because variables can be lists.

You have to shift-click share, too.

How do you add mesh to a scratch mod?

I don't really have any experience with Squeak (all I can do is edit the System Browser to create fake blocks that don't do anything ), so you should probably create a topic about it.

That is his private IP. No one can hack that.

Just thought you should add the scratch 1.4 beta (Link coming) It has
WWN mesh enabled.

Why use the Scratch 1.4 beta for Mesh when you can use the real thing?

because you an connect with ANYONE with 1.4 beta in the whole world

Uploading a mesh enabled 1.4. Instead of shift-clicking on 'Share' there is a 'Mesh' button as well as a 'Share' button.
edit: www.escratch.org/Scratch_1.4_Mesh'd.zip
This was extremely simple. I did this in about a minute. Also, shift-clicking on the share button won't do anything.
