How do you retrieve your saved pictures in 'Costumes' on Scratch?

I go to my documents, go to Program Files, Go to Scratch, Go to Media, and go to either Backgrounds, Costumes, or Sounds. I only see Scratch's sounds, not any of mine that I exported onto there! Where is it?

If you're talking about sounds you exported, then they will be wherever you exported them to. You should make sure that that's where you saved them.

Also make sure you have an appropriate file format such as .wav or .mp3.
