Actually, the TBG is part of the site:
scratch.mit.edu/forums
scratch.mit.edu/tbgforums
Clutter isn't:
clutter.scratch.mit.edu

But if your banned from the mainsite, why can you still go on TBG? I should know, I've been banned before

You can't.
I suggested it right after it happened.

Meh. I'm slowly creeping away from using the Scratch website... and using Scratch itself... I use forums and stuff now, and have a Wiki to edit, so occasionally.

Yep.

Yes.
Actually, an analysis of user actions on the site show that more people use the main site and only a small handful use the Scratch forums on a frequent basis.

Yes, but we meant our sacred congregation.

Of course. I'm still active with the program and everything.
I refuse to slip into programming apathy!

Your guess is way too high. It's much, much smaller.
We have 200,00+ project creators and 700,000+ members. Last time Paddle2See checked, only about 100+ or so use the forums. That means the percentage of users who have used the forums is around 0.014% to 0.05% (or on the order of 10^-4 if you use decimal fractions instead of percentage). ^^

There would be more if they only knew how fun it is here. They mostly don't understand the forums.
