What are you looking to record? A sound using a microphone? If so, click on the "Sounds" tab in a sprite and click "Record".

And using a mic is really the only way to record a sound... otherwise its really, well I don't know what the word for it is.  hmm

RANDOM THOUGHT: If the tomato is a fruit, doesn't that make ketchup a smoothie?
