Edittools!

Now, if you have ever edited a wiki, you should know what I'm talking about.
Edittools is a list of tools that appear above your edit box.  When you click on one, that tool appears in the box.
It is very useful to many editors.

Could we have this in the Scratch Forums?
They would be as follows:
(The + is where the cursor comes out.)

Code:

[b]+[/b] [i]+[/i] [u]+[/u] [color=+][/color] [code ]+[ /code]
[quote]+[/quote]
[img]+[/img] [url]+[/url] [blocks]+[/blocks]

Who agrees?

(Just so you know, I added spaces in the [code] and [/code] tags because it gave me an error.  hmm )

Why I want this is because it's sometimes annoying to write out all the BBCode.

These would be, to put it simply, amazing.  Not only do the post's I make usually need a Lot off BBcode, but i hate having to type in the [code] & other tags. 

So, a shorter way to put it:

It would be cool if we could use Wikipedia's editttools: they're so much cooler!

I love this idea!

I, having an AZERTY keyboard, need to press the akward combination of ALTGR+Key to get the [ ] brackets. It's really annoying and puts me off from using BBCode at all.

A toolbox would solve this problem and I would really appreciate it!  wink

Come on, try Broadcastic OS 2.0. It has 3 editions for businesses, media, and home. Also, there's Broadcastic OS Metro Edition Release Candidate.

Don't just skip to the end though otherwise you won't be able to read the middle, which is most important. Now you must be wondering why you just read all that, the reason is you may have not noticed something, read it again and see if you notice it this time  smile
