To be honest, I'm not quite sure what is the stance for reporting something like that. I'd have to get back to you for the answer that one. ^^;

Yes, resolved suggestions, duplicate threads, random blocks, misquoting spam, etc.

I don't often have to use the report button beacuse there is often no reason for me to use it beacuse I don't see any bad posts (at least none that haven't already been reported and edited by mods.) but I do use it when I want something to be closed (if it was made by me unless somebody else wants wants it open) or if i want something to be moved but I never had to use the report button beacuse of bad behavior (at least on the forums....for now).
