How to Create A Scratch Mod?

I have Squeak and the Scratch Source Code.. Once I opened the Scratch Source Code in Squeak, what am I supposed to do? How do I add more buttons? Can you please help? Thanks  wink

I'm making a tutorial mod called Sizzle. I am also making a tutorial book on how to make a Scratch Modification. I'll be posting what I have of the book so far tomorrow.
