WARNING: There may be spoilers about Portal and Half-Life games!
I made a thread about the ending to Portal 2, and it really became a discussion about the Portal and Half-Life universe, so here
Current Topic:
Where will Chell go now?

If you asked GLaDOS:
"Anywhere but here"
If you asked the Space Core:
"SPAAAAAAAAAAAACE!!!
"
If you asked Gordon Freeman:
"..."
If you asked Gabe Newbell:
"That's for a later game, with lots of Valve time."

Only Vortigaunts. Unless she finds the descendants of the survivors, considering Gordon might win.

That again brings up the questioning of the aligning of the timelines, but yes, as long as it is after the Combine takeover, she will probably find Vortigaunts.
@recycle49 Haha. So funny. But yes, she is an AI, so she'll be around for a while.

GLaDOS always survives.
GLaDOS is practically the main point of Portal. Except for shooting portals... and the cake...

I think that will change in Portal 3, and make it more about the subject just trying to get through test chambers instead of deal with crazy AI.

Oh, now I get you. Yeah, that's true. And Wheatley is probably still alive too, because he's a computer, he's just somewhere in space

I'm downloading Portal (Not Portal 2) onto my computer right now.
It's the slowest download ever. It's completion goes up 1% every 2 minutes. It's only on 16% right now. -.-
WHY CANT THIS GET ANY FASTER!?!?!?

Gordan Freeman's dad
Wow
Typical answer, but it's never been explained, so I can't say you're wrong.
A guy would usually recognize his dad,and a dad wouldn't put his son through what G-Man put Gordon through. That's why I think he is Gordon's protector. Yeah, I know, that sounds crazy, but....
If you really think about it, G-Man saved Gordon a few times. By putting him into stasis, he protected him from the Combine and their invasion of Earth. He also gives Gordon advice(usually vague) several times. And one last detail; in Source SDK, the comment section for G-Man says, ""// Purpose: The G-Man, misunderstood servant of the people." If Gordon is trying to save all human life, and G-Man is helping him, he is serving the people.

The G-Man COULD'NT be Gordon's dad. Otherwise Gordon would eat physics for breakfast. I've also heard people say he's Gordon from the future. That couldn't be true, because 1) Where's Gordon's beard? And 2) He doesn't have glasses.

Well, that's just looks, but yes, I guess you're right. Also, G-Man has powers, he can shift through dimensions, and slow down time. I'm pretty sure that's not something you inherit when you get older
