Basic System Configuration:(that might help)
Processor : Intel i7 Extreme
Ram : 4GB DDR3
Whenever i try to open more then 2 or 3 flash player plugins together say a few scratch projects loading together. it starts freezing the whole computer (thats unusual on my configuration) , is this okay to happen or isit something because of the other adobe softwares installed on my computer ? ( as when something crashes or something wrong happens i see things like Adobe Sandbox Security Violation etc with a window displaying errors).

I don't know what to tell you except don't try to open 2 or 3 Flash Player plug-ins at a time.

So you're saying that opening a couple Scratch projects in browser causes your computer to be slow? I dunno, my computer (Phenom II x4; 4GB DDR3) handles that without a problem, and your i7 should be able to easily keep pace with that.
What happens with several other Flash objects running at the same time, like say, several internet Flash games?

Not internet games , somewhat say like 3 scratch projects loading in the new flash player will slow it down..
and thats really unusual cuz the same time java handles em nicely and faster ...
I think this is related with my computers other components installed

Could be... does this lag go away once they load?

Using a VM solves it?... What are you even running in the VM?

ON VM i use puppy linux 8-) with Flash player installed onit so as NOTHING ELSE is installed on that it dosnt lags .. and that proves the reason why it was lagging was so much was the adobe runtime installed on my computer lol .
