Scratch Website doesn't have scrollbar on all pages.

1. I have interernet explorer 6.0 and no others
2. I have 2 different computers and it appears on both.
3. THE PROBLEM. Basically on some of the windows like the homepage, and projects, it won't show the scrollbar. Right here and now on the forums, I do see the scrollbar on the very right. Because of this I can't respond to comments, and on my other computer with a regular screen size (the one i'm using is big), I can't even tag.

So um,  please help me!

I think its the update with the site.
Can you get IE 7? Thats what im using and its just fine.Mozilla works.
