You need to make a game?? Then this is for you. Unless its not a platformer.:p
Step 1) Draw and create all the costumes of the games player (don't use scratch sprites or your game will suck eggs)
Step 2) Create the title screen and levels
Step 3) The scripts? Well, you're on your own for that! :p
Step 4) Make sure you made a goal and obstacles
Then you're done! Easy as 1-2-3......errrr and 4. Enjoy! NOTE: If you need specific instructions to do things, this isn't for you.

It's an interesting guide, but it doesn't seem very specific; in fact, it's so general, I'd have a hard time using it to any degree of effectiveness. Perhaps you'd like to consider making it a touch more particular? For instance, if you'd provide examples or scripts, it would be far more useful.
