Tree: Nah. Theres enough trees.
Volcano: Maybe.
Crocodile: There is plenty of croc pokemons already.
Octopus: Maybe.
Mantis: Good idea, but I have enough bug types.
Stone: We don't need another pokemont hat is purely made of rock.
Reaper: Maybe.
Spring: Sorry, don't like the idea.
Werewolf: Maybe as legend!
Cloning: Good idea! I'll work something out
Bobcat: Nah.
Bulldog: Perhaps.
Ghost Elephant: Its kind of.... strange.

My opinions on your ideas.

Made my own Pokemon too! Very good! (Yours) But I suggest some better names for some of 'em. Overall, I'd give these Pokemon an 80%. 

For your games, I suggest (for more Pokemon,) that you make mythical creatures, like Medusa, or Griffins, and all that.

If it were an actual game, and the Pokemon was a legend, I think this is how it would work:

You walk into this lab, and you walk up these stairs. You see the cloning pokemon in a cell. If you interact with the cell, it opens, and the cloning Pokemon walks out of it and stands infront of you. Suddenly, there is a flash, and you see 6 of the cloning pokemon sitting infront of you. If you interact with one, it fades away. When you make all of them fade away, another walks up behind you. You turn around and see it, and it jumps up and down for a while. Then it runs out of the lab, and it becomes a roaming legendary.

But that's just what I think.

Double team    (the move) For a fire type it should have something to do with marshmellows...and an ice bird.

Next update is the evolution update!
It has:
Carronip
Sizzliz
Aquana
Gnawfer
Parchnest
Snaileaf
Jayzure
Laveroma (Maybe. Its a hard sprite)
Balled
Snachomp

It may also have some completely new fakemon...

Its a big update, so it will probably be on sunday or monday.


18 pokemon left to conjure up for the dex...

I finished Balled and Snachomp only though 

Gnawfer and Parchnest done too. Now for Jayzure and Snaileaf.

Then the long awaited starter evos.
