If I had to pick one, custom resolutions would be it. We could make very amazing games like that.

The crtl key and alt key would be kind of useless. There's already 50 keys that you can use in Scratch. I don't think I've ever seen a game with more than 15 controls. Theres simply no need for anymore keys. The gamepad sounds good too, but it probably wouldn't work for people who don't have a game controller that can hook up to their computer. Although, the custom resolutions sounds good.... I might vote on that.

Ctrl key could help with Scratch because of it's position. Sometimes it's easier to use a key if it's in one place rather than another. That's why we have two of some keys
It could also be used for shortcuts in games, or word processing programs.
Of course the gamepad support wouldn't work for people who can't hook it up to there computer, lol
