Um, no offense, its just my opinion, but I don't like it.
It doesn't seem like a pokemon. More like something minecraft-y.

I am working on the design for my gym leaders (I'll prolly use the Talpis ones), the main two trainers and my enemy team.

The enemy team is based off a circus.
They aren't gonna be just a bunch of happy clowns though, they are more eerie and creepy. More dressed in black.

And there will be many kinds of trainers for that team:
Grunt (m) Looks like a clown/mime, but in all black with creepy half face paint.
Grunt (f) Looks like a female clown/mime, with a black dress and purple leggings and mime face paint.
Tamer: Uses lots of different animals.
Psy Grunt: A clairvoyant fortune teller person. Uses psychic, dark and some ghost types.
Fire Specialist Grunt: A firebreather. Uses fire types, obviously.

One of the team's leaders is like a ringmaster-clown thingy. The entire team mostly uses psychic, and then some normal, fire, ghost and dark types.

No idea for their name though. Any ideas?
Some of my ideas we're:
Team Cirque
Team Ring (meh)
Team Soleil (lawl)
Team Freak (meh)

It's not just not creative. At all.

I suggest the name to be Balonce (Ball and Bounce, or Balloon and Bounce) or Balojum(p) (Balloon and Jump). They seem much more creative than Balled.

Just because it has teeth that are similar, doesn't make it just another version.
It's head is a completely differen shape. It has two legs, not four like trapinch. It's eyes are different. Its grey, not orange .

Guys, I realized something:
I am really short on Fire types!

I have the fire starters, 1 fire line, and then a pokemon that its final evo is only part fire.

I need about 6 different fire lines. Ideas?

I also need ice types. I want a lot in this region, because there isn't enough ice types in the games already. (Ice is my second favorite type)

I also really need fossil ideas. I'm trying to avoid dinosaurs this time. I was thinking Mammoths and Dodos.

Well, for a part-fire type, you could make that Steam Pokemon.

For an ice type, you could make a saber-tooth tiger (it could also be a fossil)

Okay, I counted the types:
Grass: 21
Fire: 5
Water: 18
Normal: 13
Bug: 12
Ground: 3
Steel: 6
Poison: 4
Rock: 15
Ghost: 5
Fighting: 3
Ice: 8
Dark: 4
Electric: 4
Psychic: 8

This is only for primary types. Not secondary.

I'd say each should have at least five. Which means I need more Ground, Poison, Fighting, Dark, and Electric.

And as I said, I also want Fire and Ice types.

Rock: Stone Pokemon (Body is made of rocks)
Ghost: Reaper (Also Dark type)
Fighting: Spring Pokemon (Has springs as legs & feet)
Ice: None (Man, who knew it was so hard to make Ice types?)
Dark: Reaper (Also Ghost type), Werewolf
Electric: None
Psychic: Cloning Pokemon
