Forum Message and Notifications

I think that there should be a place on the messages and notifications that says that someone replied to you in the forum.

WHO DAT! The Saints won the Super Bowl.

There used to be a way to subscribe to a forum topic and then you were notified by e-mail when there was a change.  It was a nice feature but it was causing problems after one of the server changes so it was turned off.
