How do you get scratch resources loops into scratch projects?

I downloaded a loop called "dramatic strings" by coka and saved it, once as an MP3 file and once as "all files". Then i tried to import it into scratch but it didn't work. Please help!

Hm...I got it fine...Did you click download, then go to the top right, click the download link again, and then save?  It should automatically want to save it in your Scratch media.

i tried that exactly but it didn't automatically want to save to scratch, so i just saved it into the music folder in documents. then when i tried to import it into scratch it didn't show up.
