Mesh Warp for Scratch 2.0
I think there should be a new tab in the background that is "mesh warp", where you edit a mesh wireframe that will warp all the sprites and background warp accordingly. The sprites would still move normally, but still warp.
So it would look something like this: 
and you could move the nodes to warp it like so:

This would be the coolest "Looks" block ever. I'm amazed, how did you make that image?
Anyways: I think a Warp Block would be pretty cool to have, though it's not necessary, it would be fun to use.

Interesting idea, though difficult to make and script.
