Trouble reinstalling scratch...

A few months ago I started getting scratch crashes saying "Fatal VM error."   Upon another scratcher, AWM's suggestion, I reinstalled scratch. However, when trying to download it, it would not let me onto the download page. Please help with this problem! I'd like to get back on scratch soon as possible!
