They honestly aren't that bad. I don't get why everybody flips considering they're cleaned and disinfected everyday. That's why it bugs me when people whine about it like a little girl who couldn't buy some fake automated dog.
The ones I've been into looked like they hadn't been cleaned ever.

Yep. I don't dare use the school toilets, and some girls will realise how awkward that can be... -_-
I just don't pee.
I don't want a disease or something!
@ruffle - Shhhhhhhhhhhhhh ;P
Nah, it was in a special lesson where we got to look at them. It was like 3 years ago.

I doubt that.
At highly occupied places, the bathrooms are relatively clean. And what do you guys want, a beautiful bathroom that you have at home? These bathrooms are used by hundreds of people a day so they aren't going to be spiffy.

I understand that but even still a reasonable level of hygiene should be maintained. I just think if they have the basics such as, toilet roll, soap and a reasonable level of cleanliness then that's fine.

Has anyone ever had to use a manky toilet and the lock breaks and the door swing open?! D: wrote:
Something similar happened to me. In school, last year the bathroom was filthy and this was the only toilet unoccupied. I really needed to go the lock didn't work very well. I locked it a bit because it wouldn't lock anymore. And then while I was in there the lock unlocked and the door swung open. Luckily I had only just got in there so it wasn't that bad but I imagine the embarrassment I would have had if It snapped a bit later!

No soap:
How many times do I go into a bathroom and find no soap? How am I supposed to live healthfully?
(Worse than that, )when there is soap and people don't use it. That drives me crazy.
My school bathrooms suck. There is always toilet paper on the floor, and suspicious liquid puddles. HONESTLY: Can't the janitor try a little harder? Once, someone even TPed the girls' bathroom!
The toilets always have poo in them, and sometimes the only one we can use is the one with the broken lock. (You have to have someone keep the door closed or else the little kids like to look in on you XP )
And my friend Jack told me there was a LOT of graffiti in the upstairs boy's bathroom. ALSO: The toilets are made for small children, and so I can't even sit down without having my knees up to like my chest
And the cracks between the door and the wall are huge, so little kids can watch you do your business

Ugh, I hate public restrooms! One time, I found a piece of poo so unusually large, that, when I flushed the toilet, It clogged it up a little!

If you think public restrooms are bad, try using port-a-potties. They're stuffy, smelly, and hot and rarely have toilet paper or anything to wash your hands with. It seems like nobody ever even bothers to empty them out. Plus, some of them don't have locks. D:

Someone once told me about how his friend was telling him that the scariest place ever is the 3rd floor bathroom in the Port Authority. That people watch you in it. His friend was telling him about it and he was starting to believe it was something more than unsanitary. Then he actually had to go there, but when the elevator stopped on the third floor, a guy came out of the bathroom screaming, "AHHH THOSE NASTY ******* AHHH" and then told them that he was a maintenance and that they shouldn't use the elevator.
You had to be there.

Lots of bad stuff for me to say.
I am afraid to even get near the school toilets. There is usually poo and a load of toilet paper in it. I will use the urinals, but never the toilet. I am also afraid to flush some of those things. The urinals also mess up a lot too.
Ugh.
