Dude, I'm joking around because of how dumb and unrealistic pokemon is. For something to be creative, it has to be slightly realistic.

Pokemon is not dumb. Of course, that's only our opinions, but pokemon is awesome. And - I hate to point it out, but most video games are unrealistic. I mean, whoever heard of a blue hedgehog? And a talking one that could travel faster than sound?

In addition, It's not just that pokemon on replaced like every single animal, but people would never be so friendly anywhere else.
