Both Google Safe Browsing and WOT say it's okay, so it's probably safe.
And WOT's ratings are made by "actual people"

Yes, it seems more than one site says it's safe, so I guess it is...

What is it for exactly? Is it for downloading songs? If so, try something like Mediafire. I've been using that thing for quite awhile now, and, so far, I've encountered no problems. I even searched myself. It's safe. Sorry, if this wasn't what you needed.
