I Have The Slowest Processor!!!
what i am using now is a celeron D 
TRUST ME
its horriblyyyyy slow!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But good to see nearly all the scratch projects (minus the 1script 1 sprite HUMONGASOURS) works at nearly the same speed as they do on my i7 (slightly show but understandable)

The processor on the laptop that I am currently using is fairly fast.

Microsoft 3.0? That isn't a processor, or any existent thing for that matter. 
Anyway, wow, a Celeron D? That's bad.... What is it's speed, 700 Mhz? I feel bad for you My laptop's processor (Intel Core 2 Duo P8600) runs at 2.4 Ghz, so it is pretty fast.
