Connect Scratch to Socket

Hi, I'm trying to connect a socket to SCRATCH but I get the following error: "connection refused, errno 29" The socket is programmed with C + +.
Someone can help me. Thanks

Can I see the code? i can't do anything without the code. try looking up what error number 29 is...

That would mean you haven't enabled "Remote Connections". You will want to open Scratch, click "Sensing", go to the bottom, Right-Click a sensor block, and the click "Enable Remote Sensor Connections"
