I just got the Hasbro (yes, I know, but this is actually good.) my3D viewer:
Anyway, the only apps I've downloaded for it are my3D presents HD and Sector 17. There are about 7 free apps (Sector 17 is .5 GB!), and they will cost money soon, so you might as well download them now to your computer even if you don't have the viewer. You need an activation code to play them. The set feels like bonoculars when you use it, or maybe a viewmaster. The 2 sides are separated. When an app is launched, each side of the iPod displays a slightly different image. This gives an effect equal to if not greater than the 3DS for only $35. What's nice is the lenses seem to expand the iPod screen, giving you a display just like the full iPod. My3d Presents HD is a nice app, it has mind boggling 3d pics, and some good 3d moview and my3d app trailers. Soon there will be a 3d Discovery channel thing. Sector 17 is epic. You're the gunner of a spaceship, and your pilot partner gives you tips and stuff. You spin 360 degrees as well as up and down to find and shoot aliens, space pirates, and asteroids. The menu garage is amazing in 360 degree rotaion 3d.
