Re: easter

I got a few things as gifts surprisingly enough. I got a soccer book, DSi game, Harry Potter and the Deathy Hallows Part 1 (even though I haven't watched anything past Prisoner of Azkaban yet) and a T-shirt for the Phillies' 4 Aces. And the usual candy also.  tongue

Every year at Easter, our teacher talks about Jesus. This year she even showed us a video on Jesus being crucified. I was too afraid to watch it.

Lol, our teachers have never really talked about religion, but they probably will in like high school or P7.

@Afraid: Jesus day?  lolwut

Well if you wanted honesty, that's all you had to say. I never want to let you down or have you go, it's better off this way.

I don't know. Just because they think it's interesting for us I guess. Well, more so that we know about that sort of stuff as general knowledge. But yeah, it's kind of pointless.

Completely. They'll just teach us any religion but rarely anyway.

Re: easter

My family celebrates Easter now, apparently, so I baked a cake. My cousins and aunt and uncle came over today as well, but I was in my room pretending to paint a picture of Dave's glasses so I don't have to deal with them.

Re: easter

Eeh, I was thinking about something that would spark contraversy regarding this, so I will not say it.

But I will say that I dislike how society has turned religious holidays into, well, somewhat an excuse for a free long weekend.

Don't reply.

I meant if your going to reply just to make a fuss over an opinion and spark controversy, don't reply.

Re: easter

I got Magma Monster Lego Game, a kite, and the candy. (Peeps, the chocolate bunny, and some various jellybeans and such)

But that's all I can say without controversy and whatnot.
