Keep it the same colour. If it has to be changed change it too #DEDFDF.
My site Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.

I think grey is better. Red would make it seem too flashy, like you are supposed to report everything, when I picture this forum with red on the report button, it doesn't look good.
If you are reading this, please read to the end, because if you don't you won't know what's at the end. Don't just skip to the end though otherwise you won't be able to read the middle, which is most important. Now you must be wondering why you just read all that, the reason is you may have not noticed something, read it again and see if you notice it this time

How about black? Then it shows up but isn't RED and SCARY but is VISIBLE...
Green looks a little odd, it would ruin the colour scheme
