Xul
Okay, I know this isn't about scratch, but the misc isn't ever a help.
Okay so I wanted to make some add ons for FireFox ( 
) And I learned that they are made in XUL. I need to know how to install XUL and where to get it.

XUL is already in Firefox. You only need a text editor and that link above.
