I would like to be a curator on the scratch homepage because I could help nice people get rewarded for supporting scratch and for having a good attitude. Also it would be a chance to show other people their hard work. I hope to be a scratch curator soon big_smile .\

I would LOVE to be a scratch curator. I am constantly exploring the scratch website and looking for new ideas in interesting projects, and have had lots of experience with scratch (member for 1 1/2 years). I have also been curated once, so i know the joy you experience when you are on the front page! I know this sounds a little cheesey smile but i want to help this feeling be spread to others. Thanks!

If I'm picked as curator, I'll try to make a diversity of the projects I pick, and I'll not pick a project because of the amount of effort or complexity, but of the quality. I like games, stories(to a limit) and tutorials, but I'll pick anything that has good quality, from a complex 1s and 1s game to a work of art. There are alot projects that I want to curate, so I'll pick a new one +/- every 24 hours, depending on the project. I'll try to be impartial and fair, and only pick appropriate projects.

Hey guys!

I'd like to be a curator if possible smile I'll pick diverse projects and get them noticed. Alot of people on Scratch aren't very noticed, and I feel sorry for them because some have some very technical, well programmed, and solid animations, art, games and some categories none have ever seen may come into it. I will spend lots of time searching and select projects every 2-3 days. There is over a million projects on Scratch, and I've been looking through them (not all of them big_smile ) and I noticed that most of the awesome projects have only got around 5ish views. I want to change that. Scratchers work so hard on some things and they don't get a reward. It won't make them feel too good, it's like they've made a marvelous project for nothing. But with me as your curator, I'll be happy to pick unnoticed and diverse projects of all types.
Oh and for you, Scratch Team, I made this my 100th post lol

I would like to curate projects that are rather unknown, but people have put a lot of effort into, mainly games. These projects aren't by the Scratchers who always get frontpage, but by scratchers who deserve it.

I would like to become a curator. What kind of things i look for in projects is lip-sync, good drawings(or just funny ones), and adventure. I like projects with series, games, and codes. I also like projects that are funny. I will chose the best of the best projects if picked. Thank You<pen down><pen up>

Why?
Because I would show all the unsung heroes of scratch. I especially like battle engines or anything that incorperates AI in any way- it is very interesting for me.
I also think that it would be a chance to show some good projects made by new scratchers, who often go unnoticed in the scratch forums and in games

Id like to be a curator plz! I have a series called max the mouse and i would love to see who could come up with a good series like mine im not yet famous but i think this could help me take off i really love scratch and im on here everyday i would love it if u could consider me!

I'd love to be a curator. I'd choose games and art that don't have many views but are very good and need more views. I might choose really good animation that isn't very popular either. smile I would totally LOVE to be a curator! big_smile

I would like to tell you some things about me: I am 8 years old. I’ve been programming since I was 5. This year I’ve been programming a lot and I am pretty good at it. I produce at about one new project every week on the website. This is why I think I would be a good curator.1: I will pick the kind of project that you would have never known could have been possibly made on scratch. For instance,

You see how when there’s more than three same-colored blocks touching each other they vanish? Now I’ve got two questions about that: How do the blocks sense if they’re touching more than one of their own color? How does it decide which blocks should vanish? I still don’t get how he could do it.

I will pick projects that people have put a lot of work into meaning that it is one of THERE best projects also.

I will try to let the projects I curate be on the front page for awhile.

I will pick games music graphic animations and so on.

I will pick projects that deserve to be more famous then they are because they don’t have a very famous account (not that I do).

I will NOT pick projects that are mostly the same as a project that it is based on but if it is really different and it is better Iw ill curate but if not then I will curate the first version.

scratch is by far in the top 2 or 3 favorite things for me to do and it could easily be my favorite.

I know you would like to be famouse but being a curator isnt always about being famous. Ok, its not at all. Its for curating projects that you think deserve to be viewed so they can get payed for for all the tough programming stuff.

I would like to become a curator to showcase fun projects that bring a smile to your face, even if you aren't having a good day. But I think it's obvious which people are more popular in that category, so I would try not to choose them.

I want to be the Scratch Curator, because I want to be a voice. I want to have people who don't have there projects out to everyone, to have them to everyone. I know how that feels. I have a new project it's called Jstraw Berri's Album and the other half of it. Those are songs with my own voice. I want young and old creators to be out there, and not be ashamed of their creations. Being a Scratch Curator will a charity and a responsibility for me and others. I really hope you consider me in your votes for Scratch Curator. Thank you all out there, who made Scratch a Voice. smile
