New Scratcher with a pic sig...?

A user name tvflame (or fire) is a new scratcher and has a picture sig.
Is this normal?

It's most likely because their join date is in October, and the new rule wasn't instituted until March. Thus, they must have gotten their signature under the old rule, and it wasn't removed when the new rule was put in.

That seems to be the most likely scenario.

RANDOM THOUGHT: If the tomato is a fruit, doesn't that make ketchup a smoothie?

No, that's been there since New Scratchers started.

I think new Scratchers can have images and links in their old sigs.

I'm quite sure I read somewhere that images are allowed in New Scratchers' signatures...  tongue  I can't be sure, though.

New Scratchers that had sigs before the last rule change were allowed to keep their sigs.  As for the picture...I don't remember any restrictions being placed on image links in the signature.
