Sign up for Wikipedia > Start new article > Create everything in the article > Screen capture > Flush/report page > Go to 1999 page > Edit > Screen capture > Edit and remove.
Or the Alternative method: (lol, see what I did thar?)
Screen Capture both pages > Edit both in MSPaint/Photoshop/Sumo Paint etc.
Or another Alternative method:
Beg someone on Deviantart to do it.
I might return for a little while.

I don't use MS paint, I drew the circles and captured the images with PicPick.
