The second edition of the much celebrated Scratch Awards by locker99 is here... And it's bigger and better than ever before!

This year, with a new marking scheme with a percentage out of 100%, there is more competition for the grand prizes. They are as follows:

#1-Winner: Scratch Award Trophy
#2-Runner-up: Medal
#3-2nd Runner-up: Certificate

The other rules are more or less the same:

A total of 36 projects will be allowed to be entered and at the end, when all slots have been taken, I shall take the best 18 projects and then evaluate and eliminate  them on my own.
