People quit sometimes. He just put up a little message and left. That's the proper way to do it (minus the deleting all your stuff, but whatever).
Though if he comes back and says he was hacked I'll lose all respect for him.
EDIT: I really hope that project does not reach the front page, it will completely defeat the purpose.

I know the truth. But actually I'm not sad. He was always so annoying to me. He called me a "JERK WHO HAS NO REAL LIFE AND TRIES TO ACT COOL!!!!!!"
So anyway, story time!
A few days ago BG1000 made a project named ABDUCTION BASE(NEW IDEA'S). The scratch community was on fire. But BG1000 was guilty. He hadn't made the project. He had taken the scripts of a talented user named freejam's project. Little did BG1000 know that me and a user named Chronicle knew his dirty little secret. Me and Chronicle both flagged and linked to the project. A few hours later, the project got taken down of the top viewed and loved list, Lightnin posted on the project asking BG1000 if he did do it. BG1000 freaked out. Obviously he's never been in trouble before. He commented on Chronicle's project, apologizing, and saying he had quit.
Well if you wanted honesty, that's all you had to say. I never want to let you down or have you go, it's better off this way.

We try to discourage gossip about other people on the forums as it can be embarrassing to the objects of discussion. As we all know, people come and go from Scratch all the time, for any number of reasons. Hopefully, they will come back or move over to another account
